Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bakery Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, providing support to the team. Responsibilities: • Order weekly supplies • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings • Assist with human resources tasks such as posting job openings, onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records • Keep track of employee weekly hours • Create weekly team schedules • Handle supply orderings and supplier relationships • Perform office management duties including organizing files, handling correspondence, and ensuring office efficiency • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping • Provide support in office management tasks as required Required Experience: • Office experience • Understanding and/or experience of book keeping/accounting/payroll • Quickbooks, Connecteam, Google Sheets • Being bilingual is a plus!
