IT & ERP Administrator (Business Systems Administrator)
About the Job: Furniture Company (Manhattan, NYC Office) Salary: $4,000-$5,000 per month (starting) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT & ERP Administrator to join our growing furniture company. In this role, you will play a key role in managing business systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the company’s internal processes. You will also be a valuable partner in the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with the necessary tools and systems from day one. The job is based in our Manhattan, NYC office, with hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has both technical skills and an understanding of business processes—experienced in streamlining operations, maintaining security and compliance, and improving system efficiency. Primary Responsibilities • Administering and supporting corporate credentials, hosting, domains, and email. • Act as the primary ERP system administrator: data control, inventory process management, reporting preparation. • Participate in the development and implementation of new ERP features and improvements. • Create and maintain process instructions, manuals, and a knowledge base. • Provide technical support to employees, including provision of workstations and tools for new employees. • Monitor and support system performance, security, and compliance with established standards.
