Karate and mixed martial arts training
Zen Goju Temple in Brooklyn offers karate (USA Goju), mixed martial arts, self-defense classes for adults and children. If there is interest, we plan to start separate self-defense classes for women. Also offers private martial arts and strength training classes. There is a gym. Classes are at 7pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 10:30am Saturday.
