Assist in supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, crafts, and educational lessons. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children. Monitor children's behavior and assist in guiding them in a positive and supportive manner. Assist with mealtimes, snack preparation, and feeding as needed. Help with diapering, potty training, and personal hygiene routines. Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment. Follow all safety and health regulations, including emergency procedures and sanitation guidelines. Provide comfort and support to children, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Assist in setting up and cleaning up activities, classrooms, and play areas. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in early childhood education is a plus.
