Looking for a job urgently

I'm looking for a job in an office, front desk, or in a store. Came from Ukraine. Higher education (financier). Experience as an office manager and accountant for 7 years. I know Word, Excel, 1C programs well. She also worked as a lingerie saleswoman. I know basic English. Bistro learning. I have all the documents. I live in Staten Island. Possibility of commuting to Manhattan and surrounding parts of Brooklyn. I will consider all options.
