MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Fairfield, NJ)
Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans for our fleet of aircraft, coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices, analyze aircraft performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, conduct reliability engineering assessments to enhance aircraft performance, reliability, and lifespan.
Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and standards, stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to maintain a high level of compliance and operational safety, work closely with the maintenance team and instructors to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks, collaborate with instructors to understand any specific aircraft requirements for training purposes.
Perform training flights with students to check the technical condition and appearance of the aircraft, the condition of the cabin interior, evaluate student's comfort during flight training, verify that deficiencies identified during training have been properly fixed.
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering,
Mechatronic Engineering or related field, 2 yrs in job of Maintenance Engineer.
Hours 9am – 6pm, M - F. Will pay prevailing wage.
