Hello! We are Boris and Ivan, two men, 40 and 32 years old, from Russia and in the USA for almost 2 years. We are looking for a studio or apartment in New York City, preferably in Brooklyn, Queens (no further than Jamaica) and uptown Manhattan (Harlem), with easy access to trains to get to work in Manhattan. Budget up to $1800. The minimum rental period is one year. We work, travel and love this city. It's a pleasure to spend time there! We have status and all the official documents (EAD, SSN, IDs, high credit score) and good savings, but we don't yet have enough income (40x minimum) to show it on paper and on our tax return.
