Need work for cash

Technically competent specialist, early retirement from the elevator business (24 years of experience in New York) is looking for a job so as not to sit and pine at home. From Monday to Friday during the daytime, no more than 8 hours a day. I have arms, legs, a head. An extensive set of tools and the knowledge of how to use them. I drive a car (non CDL). Clean driving record. Will consider any offers.
