We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Associate to support our Staten Island operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic team. Duties: Manage product lists, inventory, and customer inquiries. Enter data and maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock levels. Assist in managing customer feedback and reviews. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment. Prepare and analyze sales reports to optimize sales strategies. Handle calls, emails, and other communications. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field a plus. Previous experience a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Fluent in Russian and English.
