Part-Time Construction Estimator (Female Only) Location: New York City (Remote/Hybrid Possible) Company: General Contracting Firm We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced female Construction Estimator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and assisting with bids for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities: Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates. Perform material takeoffs and cost analysis. Collaborate with the project manager and team to ensure competitive bids. Maintain and update cost databases. Requirements: Experience as a construction estimator. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing. Proficiency in estimating software (PlanSwift, Buildertrend, or similar). Excellent analytical and communication skills.
