Personal Assistant

A lawyer is hiring a personal assistant to help with day to day business operations and personal assistance. Responsibilities include calendar management, review of spreadsheets and financials, planning travel, organizing events, making sure that staff are managing their time well, prepare notes from office meetings, social media posting, attend networking events, and handle personal errands and tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle confidential information with discretion, able to multitask and be extremely organized and detail oriented.
