A senior retired man, living in a small studio in a building in Brooklyn ( Midwood) is looking for a roommate(s), male or female, any age or ethnicity, to move in ASAP to share rent. This is a single room studio, which is divided in two parts with room dividers, so a reasonable privacy is assured. This is an inexpensive alternative to motels and hostels as it's a cozy and quiet home environment in a safe neighborhood near B,Q train station. However this is a single room sharing, NOT a private separate room. Two extra sofas are available for one or two roommates. Perhaps good for a one or two students with busy schedules. Build in kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator. Available for $600 a month for a solitary single roommate or $450 each for a couple, one month rent and one month deposit are required in advance, cash only.
