Starting December 9th, I will rent a large, private room in a 2-bedroom on West 3rd Str/Ave Z; for ONE, ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING guy under 35; (NO PETS) - $1250/month + deposit. ****** Or for a weekly period - $600 first week; $400 all subsequent weeks.
