You must work as a member of a small team to provide efficient and great service on systems in inventory, as well as to all customers. This position involves a good customer relationship management protocol through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. Generate service revenue and of course adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements and OEM specifications.
