Residential building maintenance worker needed (part-time)

We are looking for a responsible and punctual person to work in a residential building.

Responsibilities include:
- taking out the trash several times a week
– general maintenance of cleanliness and order in the building

Flexible schedule: 2-3 times a week, total 5-10 hours per week

Payment: $1000 per month

The building is located in Brooklyn. (Foster Ave and Ocean Parkway)
