Seeking an articulate and self-motivated Medical Biller / Collections Specialist for a full-time employment opportunity. Applicant must be professional, reliable, punctual, and a team player. Language requirement: bi-lingual English / Russian. Review claims for accuracy and completeness, obtain and/or correct any missing or inaccurate information Compile and submit claims to appropriate payers within the designated time frame Check Eligibility via Insurance Websites and/or Telephone Research and resolve routine billing problems and discrepancies as necessary to ensure timely submission of claims Research and re-bill unpaid claims when appropriate to ensure optimum collections Post payments timely with 100% accuracy A/R follow-up of unpaid or denied claims Perform collections. Communicate with Commercial Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid to resolve any problems. Escalate unresolved issues to Billing Manager in a timely manner Utilize company IT systems and software to carry out job requirements Perform other tasks as assigned Language requirement: bi-lingual English / Russian Knowledge of Web based Eligibility and E-paces eligibility Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Job Type: Full-time
