It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Furniture, dishes, bed linens, and towels are included. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. And not far from the building (there's a special bus to and from the station) there's a commuter train station called Riverdale; commuter trains run from Grand Central to Riverdale and back several times a day.
