A room in a two-bedroom apartment is rented out to a working man ONLY. Lives with the owner of the apartment. The room is small, but it has good furniture, everything you need. Queen Size bed with a very good mattress. There is a table, a large chest of drawers for clothes, a bookcase. Large roomy closet. 5 minutes walk to the ocean. YMCA sports club is 3 minutes away. There are many shops nearby (including a large Russian supermarket), Russian pharmacies, hardware stores. Two buses - to the Stillwell Avenue metro (terminal station) 5-7 minutes. 15 minutes on foot.
