The New York Association of Holocaust Survivors congratulates Alla Rafailova!

New York Association of Holocaust Survivors,
It is with great pleasure that I congratulate dear Alla Rafailova on her anniversary!
We sincerely wish you good health, happiness, prosperity, inexhaustible energy, good luck and long life!
Dear Alla!
You created more than just a senior center, Maaser—you created a warm home where people long to be, where they are always welcome, understood, and surrounded with genuine care and warmth. For many, this has become a place where they found a second family and extended their lives. Here, people celebrate holidays and birthdays, sing and dance, draw, go on excursions, discover new horizons, and realize dreams that once seemed unattainable. Here, people find friends, like-minded people, and even life partners.
Warmth, comfort, respect, and love for each person reign in the large Maaser Social Adult Day Care Center family. And all of this was made possible thanks to your kind heart, wisdom, leadership talent, and love for people.
We sincerely love you, deeply appreciate your work, and thank you and your entire wonderful team for the warmth, attention, and care you give to people every day. May the Almighty protect you and your loved ones, grant you good health, joy, prosperity, and many more happy years ahead! May you always be surrounded by loving people, loyal friends, and the grateful hearts of those you have helped.
With deep respect, gratitude and warmest wishes, President of the New York Association of Holocaust Survivors Pavel Vishnevetsky.
Vice Presidents of the New York Association of Holocaust Survivors Mikhail Sirota, Zhenya Zaruranskaya, Polina Zhornitskaya,
members of the association.
