We are two excellent professional chefs, we arrived in the USA not long ago. We are located in New York and want to open a small but profitable pavilion or food truck with food to take away or in a cafe, the menu is very simple, but very tasty, these are Ossetian pies, Georgian khinkali, vitamin salads, and much more, there is a good idea and most importantly we know how to present it all beautifully and cook it deliciously, what we want to see from a partner, organization of the workplace and accompanying paperwork, we will be responsible for the preparations and the product we want to give to the consumer
