Ability to operate telephone systems to handle incoming calls, dispatching them appropriately, while providing excellent customer service. Our Expectations Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role. Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Proficiency in office management software, including QuickBooks and calendar management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership or team management experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of payroll systems and budgeting methods is a plus.
