Black Square Glass is a growing company based in Brooklyn, NYC, specializing in the fabrication and installation of glass partitions for residential and commercial spaces—offices, studios, and contemporary interiors. We focus on premium design, precision installation, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a technical partner to join as a co-founder, not an employee. You will be responsible for the technical and production side of the business, while I will handle sales, marketing, customer communications, and finance. This is a partnership with equity in the business, not a salaried position. The right candidate will be offered equity in the company and the opportunity to grow with it. We are looking for people with and without experience working on cell towers in the USA. Salary from $2,300/week. We train newbies! Insurance and housing during business trips are paid for by the company! Requirements: - Be ready to work at a height of 20-50 meters - Knowledge of English is not required, but will be a plus for you for career advancement; - Readiness for constant/urgent business trips - We offer individual salary calculation for candidates with experience. - Ability to work with standard tools (hammer, screwdriver, drill, etc.) • Foreman: $400-600 per day. • First hands at the top: $350-400 per day. • Second hands at the top (assistant): $300-350 per day. • Assistant foreman: this is most often a newbie, with further growth: $250-300 per day.
