Due to the growing volume of work, we are expanding our team of specialists and are inviting foremen, generalists (turnkey repairs), plumbers (experience and license are an advantage), electricians (US standards), carpenters, and other specialists. We offer a consistent volume of projects, clear process organization, timely payments without delays, pay of $20-30 per hour depending on experience and licenses, the possibility of combining jobs, and housing support during relocation. New York (all boroughs) General contractor requires the following employees: 1. Painters, puttyers, and tilers with experience (40 hours of OSH required) - bring your own tools. Salary $250 per day. Work 6 days a week. 2. Helpers, 6 days a week, salary $180 per day (40 hours of OSH required). 3. Plumbers-mechanics with experience, 5-6 days a week, 9 hours a day, salary $200 per day, cash. 40 hours of OSH required. 4. Carpenter / carpenter with documents and at least 5 years of experience, salary from $30 per hour. 40 hours of OSH required. 5.
