Specialization: Installation of aluminum windows, doors, storefront systems, showers, glass railings and curtain wall structures. Salary: $32/hour (W2) Payment: biweekly (by check) Schedule: 6 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (sometimes until 3:30 PM) Requirements: Experience in installing aluminum and glass systems is required Ability to read blueprints and manage a team Documents for official registration (W2) SST / OSHA card (if you do not have one, we will help you get it) Responsibility and accuracy Location of sites: Brooklyn and Manhattan When working on sites in Jersey, Staten Island and other remote locations, a transfer is provided.
We have an opening for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required; we provide paid training during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a Driver's License is required. We DO NOT HIRING WITHOUT ENGLISH LANGUAGE! The work schedule is 6 days a week. Duties include cleaning air ducts, dryers, and chimneys, as well as cleaning carpets and upholstery. All necessary equipment is provided. Salary is paid at the end of each week.
