Ability to effectively multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Technical skills: Confident use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of specialized property management software, such as Buildium, is highly appreciated, but not required. • Personal qualities: High attention to detail, punctuality, reliability and professional appearance.
