Due to the growth of our portfolio and the acquisition of 10 properties (residential buildings), we are expanding our staff of specialists. Who we are looking for: -Foreman -General handymen (turnkey renovation) Terms: -Stable employment and competent project organization -Weekly payments without delays -Payment: $20–40/hour ($1000–2800/week, $5400–9100/month) or piecework for teams. Payment terms are discussed with the Construction Director and depend on the schedule and experience of the candidate.
