We are an investment and construction company that buys and transforms old buildings into modern, cozy spaces for rent and sale. We currently have 8-10 new projects in the works, and we are seeking a foreman to manage the renovation work: organize the team, monitor deadlines, quality, and safety, manage materials, and liaise with the office. A foreman/foreman with 2-3 years of experience is required, along with the ability to lead a team and understand the renovation stages from rough to final. We have an open position for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required; paid training is provided during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a Driver's License is required. We DO NOT HIRING WITHOUT ENGLISH LANGUAGE! The work schedule is 6 days a week. Duties include cleaning air ducts, dryers, and chimneys, as well as cleaning carpets and upholstery. All necessary equipment is provided. Salary is paid at the end of each week. Starting salary starts at $1,500 per week. A valid US driver's license and customer service skills are required, as is a B1 or higher English proficiency.
