We are an investment and construction company that buys and transforms old buildings into modern, cozy spaces for rent and sale. We currently have 8-10 new projects in the works, and we are seeking a foreman to manage the renovation work: organize the team, monitor deadlines, quality, and safety, manage materials, and liaise with the office. A foreman/foreman with 2-3 years of experience is required, along with the ability to lead a team and understand the renovation stages from rough to final. We offer a stable workload, prompt payments, assistance with housing, and competitive compensation based on experience.
We urgently need helpers for construction work, unloading windows. $25 per hour (cash), pay at the end of the day. If you have experience installing windows, you might be able to join our team. Work starts next week, 10am-10pm. Location: Manhattan, Central Park.
