LeadBridge is looking for responsible handymen and craftsmen to fulfill orders in New York and Miami. We help specialists get real orders without searching for clients and unnecessary correspondence. We currently work with furniture assembly (IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon), TV installation, interior and exterior painting, minor home repairs, moving and heavy-duty work, and mobile welding. This work is project-based and can be combined with a full-time job. Experience, your own tools, and strong communication skills are required. Is the painting being assembled too late by subcontractors?
Because of this, the owner sees a distorted picture of projects, miscalculates profits, and notices financial gaps too late. I help bring order to subcontractor accounting: what has already been completed, what has been confirmed, what has not yet been paid, and how all this actually affects the cost and margins of the project. I build a clear logic for accounting for expenses, outstanding amounts, and documents for subcontractors so that funds do not leak through process chaos and the owner sees the real picture for each project. We have an open position for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required; paid training is provided during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a Driver's License is required. We DO NOT HIRING WITHOUT ENGLISH LANGUAGE! The work schedule is 6 days a week. Duties include cleaning air ducts, dryers, chimneys, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. All necessary equipment is provided. Salary is paid at the end of each week. Starting salary starts at $1,500 per week. A valid US driver's license and customer service skills are required. A B1 or higher English proficiency is required.
