Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist for our medical office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing patients, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. Duties include scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and taking/making calls related to outpatient services. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. Primary Duties: Greet and assist incoming patients in a professional and courteous manner. Perform check-ins and check-outs, ensuring patient information is accurate and up-to-date. Schedule, confirm, and change appointments. Take incoming calls and make outgoing calls for patient questions, appointment reminders, and follow-up consultations. Manage and maintain patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Assist with billing issues, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks as needed. Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming office environment. Coordinate with medical staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a medical office or similar environment preferred. Fluent in English. Additional languages (Russian, Spanish, or Georgian) are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask with attention to detail. Knowledge of medical appointment software preferred, but not required (training will be provided). Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor.
