We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator with prior experience in the construction industry. This role is critical to supporting daily operations, project coordination, and administrative management within a fast-paced electrical contracting environment. IMPORTANT: Applicants must have prior construction office experience. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. The Office Administrator will oversee and coordinate all administrative functions related to construction operations, project documentation, compliance tracking, accounting support, and communication between field and office teams. This position requires someone who understands construction workflows, permits, submittals, compliance requirements, and contractor documentation.
