There's a bus stop near the building. There are also express buses to Manhattan practically right outside the building – one goes along the East Side, the other along the West Side. And not far from the building (there's a special bus to and from the station) there's a commuter train station called Riverdale; commuter trains run from Grand Central to Riverdale and back several times a day.
