Ensuring a high level of service and adhering to business etiquette standards. Upselling to clients when identifying their additional needs. Interacting with the team to improve the quality of service and find solutions for clients. Requirements: Fluent in English (oral and written communication). Experience with Zendesk, ability to set up process automation and AI integration. Knowledge of modern technologies based on artificial intelligence to improve customer experience.
