Rachik Stepanyan, nicknamed Richik Realtor, this is his number (347) 742-6359. He also offers work on construction sites, work on construction sites, and work on houses. Be careful. On July 27, 2025, this man took $500 from me for an apartment search. I have a receipt with his signature and his ID. After I paid, he did not provide any service, dragged out the process for two months, and then simply blocked my number and refused to return the money. This is fraud and abuse of trust. I am a young immigrant, currently undergoing treatment and have health problems, but instead of help, I was faced with deception and cruelty. He took advantage of my vulnerability and thought I would remain silent. I even have a recorded conversation where he refuses to return my money. It turns out he's an old scammer and his son is one too. After posting on Facebook, it turns out he's scammed and deceived many people. People complained, we're gathering victims and witnesses; such scammers must be punished. I WON'T remain silent. I'm filing a complaint with the NYS Department of State and in Small Claims Court. I have all the evidence of his receipt of money and his identity. He's a shameless scammer who deceives people under the guise of a REALTOR. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
