Rachik Stepanyan, nicknamed Richik Realtor, this is his number (347) 742-6359. He also offers work on construction sites, work on construction sites, and work on houses. Be careful. On July 27, 2025, this man took $500 from me for an apartment search. I have a receipt with his signature and his ID.
