We are seeking a superintendent (housekeeping supervisor) for a 75-unit residential building to oversee building maintenance and minor repairs. Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, NY 11235
We have an open position for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required, and we provide paid training during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a driver's license is required.
