The Settlement Participant Class includes all end-merchants, acquirers, and payment intermediaries that processed or accepted misclassified card transactions between January 1, 2007, and December 31, 2023. Under the settlement, Discover has agreed to pay between $540 million and $1.225 billion, plus interest. Your payment under the settlement will be calculated based on a number of factors.
