Looking for SuperIntendent who can oversee and manage necessary tasks for 75 apartments residential building, located on Brighton Beach, Brooklyn NY 11235
I help construction companies and subcontractors eliminate subtle accounting and data logic issues that prevent owners from seeing the true economics of their projects. If expenses are late, obligations aren't recognized on time, and reporting figures don't provide a clear picture, the business is losing money not in the marketplace, but within its accounting and processes. I don't work as a CPA or a regular accountant. My job is to identify problem areas, show where control is being lost, and adjust operational logic. QuickBooks / JobTread / Contractor Foreman / management reporting. Format: paid diagnostics + clear action plan.
