We are an investment and construction company that buys and transforms old buildings into modern, cozy spaces for rent and sale. We currently have 8-10 new projects in the works, and we are seeking a foreman to manage the renovation work: organize the team, monitor deadlines, quality, and safety, manage materials, and liaise with the office. A foreman/foreman with 2-3 years of experience is required, along with the ability to lead a team and understand the renovation stages from rough to final. New York (all boroughs) General contractor requires the following employees: 1. Painters, puttyers, and tilers with experience (40 hours of OSH required) - bring your own tools. Salary $250 per day. Plumbers-mechanics with experience, 5-6 days a week, 9 hours a day, salary $200 per day, cash. 40 hours of OSH required. 4.
