Key Responsibilities :
Manage and organize the schedule of the Head of Logistics, including appointments and meetings.
Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Maintain and organize files, records, and other documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
