Help with diapering, potty training, and personal hygiene routines. Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment. Follow all safety and health regulations, including emergency procedures and sanitation guidelines. Provide comfort and support to children, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Assist in setting up and cleaning up activities, classrooms, and play areas. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in early childhood education is a plus. Previous experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting IS REQUIRED . Patience, compassion, and a strong desire to work with young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. Ability to lift and carry small children as needed. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
