A media company is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. What You'll Do: Manage incoming and outgoing payments; Process and track accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP); Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks; Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow reports, and budget vs. actual reporting; Assist with expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial planning; Support month-end closing and maintain organized financial documentation.
