Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist physicians with patient management (ie preparing the room for patients' exams and procedures, rooming patients, positioning of patients) 2. Obtain Vital sings and conduct patients' interviews 3. Record Medical history and perform medical reconciliation 4. Assist in transcribing medical records Requirements: 1.
