*Home Care Services for Patients with Medicare and Medicaid** Professional home care and medical assistance services are available to patients with **Medicare** and **Medicaid** insurance: * Extended hours of home care to improve quality of life. * Assistance in applying for and obtaining health insurance through Medicare and Medicaid. * Care and support from a skilled nurse (if needed). * Individual physical therapy sessions to restore health and improve well-being.
