Medical Receptionist (Full-time or Part-time)

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations. You will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage messages • Schedule and confirm appointments • Verify patient information and insurance details • Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality • Collect payments and handle billing-related tasks • Assist medical staff with administrative support • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming Qualifications: • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical office (preferred but not required) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software • Professional and compassionate attitude toward patients • High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in healthcare administration is a plus) Schedule: • Flexible hours available (Full-time or Part-time)
