We are seeking for Dermatology Office a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Requirements: Speaks fluent English and Russian • Must have Social Security and legal status in the USA • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction. • Proficiency in computer skills • Experience with multi-line phone systems is highly desirable. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • 7Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation. • Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is an asset. • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Billing assistant needed for a Medical Office Manhattan downtown for Thursdays ONLY. Experience and Russian speaking is a plus. Looking for a friendly, punctual and detail oriented person. Must speak English and have basic computer skills.
