Description: Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in medical office administration? We're currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team at a thriving medical office located in Corona, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for healthcare and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations
• Verify insurance coverage, including experience with no-fault and workers' compensation insurance
• Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office team

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a medical office setting, preferably in a front desk or administrative role
• Proficiency in insurance verification, particularly with no-fault and workers' compensation insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic computer skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively as part of a team
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
