Looking for SuperIntendent who can oversee and manage necessary tasks for 75 apartments residential building, located on Brighton Beach, Brooklyn NY 11235

We are an investment and construction company specializing in the purchase, reconstruction and renovation of residential buildings with subsequent rental. Due to the growth of our portfolio and the acquisition of 10 properties (residential buildings), we are expanding our staff of specialists. Who we are looking for: -Foreman -General handymen (turnkey renovation) Terms: -Stable employment and competent project organization -Weekly payments without delays -Payment: $20–40/hour ($1000–2800/week, $5400–9100/month) or piecework for teams. Payment terms are discussed with the Construction Director and depend on the schedule and experience of the candidate. Schedule: 8:00–17:00/18:00, 5-6 days/week. -Accommodation upon relocation -Work in a team of professional and experienced Ukrainian-speaking specialists.
