Who we are looking for: -Foreman -General handymen (turnkey renovation) Terms: -Stable employment and competent project organization -Weekly payments without delays -Payment: $20–40/hour ($1000–2800/week, $5400–9100/month) or piecework for teams. Payment terms are discussed with the Construction Director and depend on the schedule and experience of the candidate. We have an open position for technicians cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required; paid training is provided during the first week. A vehicle will be provided for work; therefore, a Driver's License is required. We DO NOT HIRING WITHOUT ENGLISH LANGUAGE! The work schedule is 6 days a week.
