Rent a large, furnished room

I am looking for a clean, responsible neighbor or a roommate in a furnished room. The room is large, bright, comfortable in the area of king's highway (brooklyn). Only for one person. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer. There is even a separate shower in which only you will take water procedures. 1200$ + deposit for 1 month (Wifi and bills are already included in the price). There is also a private parking space (for a fee). Call strictly after 17 pm, as before that at work and there will be no opportunity to answer.
