Two rooms for rent in a three-bedroom apartment in Woodside
I'm renting two rooms in a three-bedroom apartment. The larger one is $1,200 and the slightly smaller one is $1,100.
The owner has access to the 3rd room and the owner comes at least once a month and stays for a couple of days.
There is also parking, but you need a NY plate, an additional fee of $150 for parking.
The apartment is on the 18th floor (top floor) with two elevators.
The rent includes everything: water, gas, electricity, and internet. The smaller room has a bed, a closet, and a desk. The larger room is empty, with just a closet.
