Alliance Cargo Express is recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Your main tasks:

• Organization and maintenance of document flow

• Planning and coordination of work processes

• Conducting business correspondence and telephone negotiations

• Interaction with clients, partners and internal departments

• Supporting management in current administrative matters

Our expectations:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Ability to work in a team and formulate thoughts clearly

• Attention to detail and responsibility

• Experience in logistics or administrative field will be an advantage

• Proficiency in English (required)
