WE ARE A BROOKLYN-BASED ALCOHOL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY. OUR JOB INCLUDES: ANSWERING PHONES, TAKING ORDERS, MONITORING INVENTORY, COMPUTER EXPERIENCE, AND ENGLISH SPEAKING. We are seeking a proactive and attentive Customer Service Specialist. You will manage the full order processing cycle, handle inquiries and returns, and ensure a high level of customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. We work five days a week, Monday through Friday.
